Portoro Quartzite
Portoro Quartzite is a genuinely luxurious natural stone with an intense black background dramatically intersected by warm rust coloured veining and shimmering silver translucent crystals that scatter across the surface with a bold, jewel-like brilliance. The interplay between the deep, authoritative black foundation, the earthy warmth of the rust veining and the luminous silver crystalline inclusions creates a surface of extraordinary visual complexity and depth, catching light from every angle and revealing new layers of colour and movement as it shifts throughout the day. The high movement patterning gives each slab a dynamic, energetic character that feels both powerfully dramatic and deeply sophisticated, making every installation a genuinely distinctive statement of natural luxury. The versatility of the distinctive veining allows Portoro to transition beautifully from large format feature walls and expansive kitchen islands through to more intimate, detailed applications where the intricate patterning can be appreciated at closer range. Perfectly suited to statement benchtops, feature walls, bathroom vanities and luxury commercial fitouts, Portoro Quartzite pairs beautifully with brushed gold and bronze fixtures, warm timber cabinetry and both crisp white and deep charcoal joinery, bringing a bold and breathtaking dark sophistication to any interior that embraces the extraordinary drama of premium natural stone.

Atlantis Quartzite is a striking South American natural stone with a clean neutral grey background boldly intersected by dark angular veining that gives each slab a strong, architectural character. The sharp, geometric movement of the veining creates a sense of visual energy that feels both earthy and contemporary, sitting comfortably within modern and industrial inspired interiors alike. As a quartzite, Atlantis offers exceptional durability and natural resistance to heat and scratching, making it an outstanding choice for high use areas such as kitchen benchtops, where beauty and practicality need to work equally hard. For those seeking a stone that combines rugged natural strength with a refined, dynamic aesthetic, Atlantis Quartzite delivers on every level.
Taj Mahal Quartzite has a warm beige base crossed by gentle veins of grey, gold and orange, giving it the soft look of marble with the strength of quartzite. Hand-picked from Brazilian quarries, it is one of our most requested marble-look stones. It is a natural quartzite, not a marble and not an engineered quartz, so it offers the elegance people love about marble with far better day-to-day durability.
Key Benefits of Taj Mahal Quartzite
Durable: as a quartzite, Taj Mahal is hard (around 7 on the Mohs scale), heat-resistant and scratch-resistant, which suits a working kitchen as much as a feature wall. Unlike marble, it does not etch from everyday acids like lemon juice or wine.
Low maintenance: its low porosity means it only needs sealing every two to three years, less often than marble, and it wipes clean with a pH-neutral cleaner.
Marble look, natural stone: the warm beige base and grey-gold veining read as a soft block of colour across a room, and because it is natural, every slab is unique. Available in polished and honed finishes.
Versatile: heat-resistant and UV-stable, so it works indoors and out.
Best for: kitchen benchtops, islands, splashbacks, feature walls and bathroom vanities.
After 20 years supplying natural stone across Sydney and Newcastle, we have found Taj Mahal to be one of the easiest marble-look quartzites to live with. See it in person at our Greenacre or Beresfield showroom, since photos do not capture its depth and movement.
Emerante Quartzite is an alluring and richly distinctive natural stone, presenting a captivating emerald green background boldly contrasted by dark, striking veining that cuts through the surface with a dramatic natural intensity. The deep, jewel-like green tones give this stone an extraordinary presence that feels both exotic and grounded, drawing the eye with a colour depth and vibrancy that few natural stones can rival. Its polished finish enhances the emerald hues beautifully, maximising the stone’s natural luminosity and allowing the intricate veining to catch and reflect light with a lustrous, gem-like quality. As a quartzite, Emerante offers exceptional density and durability that make it equally well suited to high-use kitchen benchtops and statement feature walls, combining remarkable visual beauty with the natural strength and resilience that quartzite is celebrated for. A truly exquisite choice for kitchen islands, benchtops, feature walls and bathroom applications, Emerante Quartzite brings a rare and captivating natural beauty to any interior fortunate enough to showcase it.
Celestia Quartzite is a genuinely ethereal natural stone, presenting a harmonious composition of soft pastel greens, misty greys and luminous white tones that drift across each slab like morning light filtering through a forest canopy. Dramatic white veining adds movement and visual interest that draws the eye across the surface without ever overwhelming the serene, calming quality that makes this stone so distinctive and deeply appealing. Named to evoke the heavens, Celestia delivers an atmospheric quality that goes beyond surface beauty, transforming the feeling of a room entirely and creating spaces that feel calmer, more connected to nature and genuinely restorative. Stones that offer this level of tranquillity while still making a visual statement are exceptionally rare, and it is precisely this balance that has made Celestia a standout choice for luxury residential interiors, spa-like bathrooms and wellness-focused spaces. Perfectly suited to kitchen benchtops, bathroom vanities and feature walls, it pairs beautifully with natural timber, soft white joinery, brushed brass or nickel fixtures and organic textures like linen and natural fibres.
